Meet Terry


Hi There,


My name is Terry and I work as a Vancouver Real Estate Consultant for an exciting new team named blu Realty.

I've made Vancouver West my home for the last twelve years and I can't think of a more beautiful place to live.  Whether I'm biking or jogging around False Creek, or enjoying the views of the city from the Kits Point dog beach with my Boston Terrier, Kernie, I'm always amazed at the potential of this city.  I chose Vancouver Real Estate for the shear enjoyment of getting to meet many new and exciting people and to help them achieve their goals.  It's always nice to meet someone you share mutual interests with; for me its playing guitar, enjoying a hockey game, motorcycles, spending time with family and friends, a good movie or dining out somewhere new with my wife.  But, when you meet people that give you new ideas for enjoying life?  That's truly rewarding!

The experience of buying or selling a home should be an enjoyable one.  My main responsibility is to ensure that from start-to-finish the whole adventure goes smoothly and my clients are stress free and well looked after.  I've always been a relentless competitor (just ask my family and friends) and I treat "Client Representation" as a practice that must be approached with a competitive and honourable spirit.  My success is due to the relationships that I build and maintain with my clients; long after their keys have changed hands.  I specialize in Luxury Home Marketing and I focus my energy in the Vancouver region.

The reason I joined up with the team at blu Realty is because they share the same love for this city that I do and we also share the same values when it comes to helping people.  We also work together and not against each other in order to help our clients achieve their goals.
